Interpretation:
Ganga ie Kundalini ie the Cosmic Energy flows from GOMUKH ( SAHASRA Chakra) to
RISHIKESH [ rishi-ka-kesh ie SAHASRA CHAKRA]to HARIDWAR ie [ hari-ka-dwar ie
gateway to Divine Light ie AJNA CHAKRA] resulting in Moksha ie Communion with
God in Samadhi ie a state when the physical body ceases to breathe by mastery
of Pranayama.
Yoga (Communion with God) subsitutes the ecstasy of the sexual pleasures as the
ecstasy derived by sexual pleasures are fleeting ie the ecstasy lasts not more
than 15 seconds HOWEVER the bliss ie ecstasy of Attunement with God results in
Spiritual Orgasm ie Descent of Kundalini which lasts for days.
