LG is not your dream organization in case you are thinking to join it
no i wont rcommend this organization.
Attaching here the pic of the guy who is sacked by LG
his name is Sachin Dani , he was sacked not only for discipline issues but also for misbehaviour with seeniors,,,though u wont believe same guy was given a gr8 bonus just 1 month before sacking,,,its like a unstable behaviour withing organiation which created a monster like him and then destroyed it
Work profile for mba;s is poor,,,they all do MIS jobs,,,,and seniors just keep on using them for data crucnching
stupid work fellows and a poor job enviornment
Now there are two in a row,,,Prateek tiwari from ISBM noida is being sacked,,,,further Sunny Kapoor has put in his papers
Its like a morons HR troubling people,,,and thats all because they let this work enviornment get created where monarchs are ruling the organization,,,,

the list doesnt seem to be ending guys ,,,another one joins the fray a guy named Gogia is being Asked to Go out of the company too
and as per my sources next person in queue is a girl named Nidhi Dhauni
Myfriends they are typicall sales organizations where MBA’s go and join and jsut do excel sheet work

and look at this A** H*** he gud for nothing B****** was dominating the mind of Sales HEad until some Gennie came and twisted his fortunes and got him sacked ,,,AM’s are like kings in this company

one of my dear friends Prateek tiwary from ISBM Noida has been sacked by LG,,,just for no good reason,,they find him unuseful after employing for more than 2 years,,,
Goodness me ,,,God save MBA grads from these morons like LG
they hired him from 2010 campus batch, now since their margins are affected they are on reducing people power.....dont understand the power of people and HR is the most stupid department here.
