hey man, the question itself is wrong.....i mean why do we differentiate between a Corporate world and other XYZ world......Right to live is wht everybody has got...thats what is not going to change in any WORLD...hence why to have a debate......it is said that "When you Convince others, you convince yourself....." but i dont think that way.....according to me...."When you convince yourself, you convince others...."

hence just go for....Chaitu.....and even if there exists such fundameantalities still MP always belongs to you.......

Do we really need this question after seeing Indra Nooyi,Whiteman,Fiorina

-Deepak

i think deepak is rite this topic is really oudated

i can suggest a better topic than this
"women in soaps n serials"

i think woman are more faithful n trustworthy but simultaneously they r emotional than man in general .so there is a special position for women in say corporate world or say any domain of life.
we should understand basically that in some field they are ahead of us n in some we are.
ultimately it is the understanding between men n women to respect eachothers' mutual leadership in respected fields.and you cant seggregate any field just on basis of gender. every field requires certain aspects n if somebody has it then nothing matters whether one is woman or man ... it's my view else god knows

but den der r very few women who make it 2 d top.... atleast in india der r many factors that affect a woman's profession n decisions... d glass ceiling effect!!!!

hey i think its not lq tat dpka there many gals u urself c arent u in mp n ur doin well don u so how can u say that there r many factors to affect ull is that so if ur husband tells u that don work that mean ull stop as that ll b a factor affecting ur

profession n decisions d glass ceiling effect!!!!:SugarwareZ-158:

there is no need to discuss this topic any more we have grown out of this and we know the acheivement of many women in the corporate world .Some even better than the men present there

Hi,

I agree with Deepak.. I think the answer to this question is pretty obvious.. Indra Nooyi is a wonderful example.. Need we say anything further? Corporate world or any other world.. Women are no longer the subdued ones..

We need to overcome the shortsightedness of differentiating between a 'manager' and a 'woman manager'!!!!
Fact-studies have proved that firms with more women as managers do better .
fullstop.

hey this is a very wrong question..you should nt put up this question at first place...thinking of this thing is itself wrong...we all are equal...

Highly inspired by Shikha Sharma of ICICI who needs no introduction, I'm positive to the point that women in corporate who have determination, has managed to attain great heights in their career.
Many other women have successfully achieved responsible positions in corporates. I remember my college director Hina Shah was awarded several awards in rural management and entrepreneurship development programs. At this time I feel like giving her gratitude for all the values I have imbibed from her and have applied in success of my business.
Here's the link of her success photos/story from ICECD website
Achievements of Hina Shah and ICECD
recent: ICECD, WOMEN'S NGO HONOURED WITH 'NATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS AWARD FOR EDUCATION EXCELLENCE' IN RECOGNITION TO THE OUTSTANDING CONTRIBUTION IN THE EDUCATIONAL FIELD

Hello,
Women should be in Corporates.
They can keep their head cool in any adverse conditions and
better decison maker because of their gut feeling during crisis.
