Hi guys,

well a women who is doing work in the good firm n currently getting good sallery would fully devoted to her work no matter would be the difficulties arises into the home.

Well its a misconception.Women can surely combine both career and home.Women are great mufti tasters and good managers.So women have a inborn skill or talent to handle home front(kitchen,family,kids) and also career(competitive commitments).So women are great dreamers,goal achievers.
 
I think it is not an easy task for any woman to maintain a stability in professional along with personal life. Whenever a woman need to or willing to do the job they require help of family people much more to achieve good results in both equally. There isn't any question that the woman who are supported does effectively in both if not they ruin their lifestyles.
 
I have heard this argument many times before, and I do believe that while women should be given a fair chance based on their ability, women pursuing careers has indeed changed the family dynamics in the modern world. Perhaps entrepreneurship is a better alternative for women that want to have their own income but also contribute to a family in a more traditional sense.
