WLCI’s traineeship program works in a highly systematic way. The admission of the students leads to a 4 week Skills & attitude Training program which every student receives. Thereafter interviews are conducted of the students with the selected partner companies. After selection, students are provided with details of their joining including the stipend they’ll receive. They attend class from 8 to 11 in the morning and work as trainees from 12 in the noon till 6 in the evening. A traineeship assessment is done every 90 days and the feedback is reviewed by both WLCI mentors and industry trainers. Coaching is provided to improve their weakness and to build up their strengths. This leads to superior placements as they are fully trained in their chosen profession of business.
