Wisdom does not come with age, it comes by the experience or by the lesson which your life has taught you…

I agree it does not come with age, the only thing come in is the wrinkles with the age. Wisdom is all about the knowledge and experience of a person and how well he can use it for improving the issues and his self understanding and confidence.
