Will India be a Developed country by 2020?

Its not just economic growth that matters we should improve on Human development index to become a developed nation. Considering even we triple the GDP by 2020. We will still be 3 Trillion dollar economy which is 1/4th of US with 4 times the population. India will still have to go long way.
 
It would take another 30-40 years for India to be a developed country..Let us be realistic.2020 is just a figure. How many years we would need to eradicate corruption, poverty, etc. Most important thing is that it is important to change the mindset of the people. If suppose there is a tainted political leader who is representing a particular region, then people of that region are always misleaded. They term that person as their leader and start cheering or supporting them. Mindset has to be changed first.
 
Yup, India is developing in international markets as well as in infrastructure. The economy of India is trying to improve in various fields. So, India's will definitely become a super power by 2020.

I would say it is not going to happen and will take many more years to reach that level of development. Still we are busy in fighting together with our negative thoughts. In order to become the developed country we have to eliminate corruption problems, fighting together in the name of secularism, casteism.
