Why most of the people afraid to visit the Valley of Kashmir?

I need to know why people are scared of visiting kashmir??

According to Report Of Indian Tourism Ministry,Tourism business in kashmir really on drop side.Foreign Tourists dont prefer to go kashmir,Even Indians also now prefer places like Himachal,Uttrakhand.

Do you think heaven of India becoming hell??????

Yeah.. And this all is because of high fear from increasing terrorism in Kashimr!
