Few years back finding a good HR job was difficult and it was more difficult when you are Male. It was perception that females are more suited to HR job.
If you look at various HR functions, Recruitment majorly is handled by female employees. But when it comes to complicated contract management, labour management, IR, trade union etc. it is male HR who handles it (barring few exceptions)

And u know being a HR manager u have to be calm and cool all the way.... u can't loose ur temper... so keeping that in mind i think companies also go or opt for female HR managers.

I feel girls would prefer to do HR/ Admin job rather than Marketing/Sales.
Hence, girls prefer to take up HR as their career

Most of the companies want HR Managers as Females only.
And as their communication skills and voice is good, girls opt for HR as its a easy-going job, but in today's generation, we can also see many girls opting for various careers in sales, marketing, finance and so on.
i think the above question "why girls go for HR?" is not applicable that much nowadays as girls are giving tough competition to boys in all fields lol

I think more than girls answering why more girls are choosing HR, we guys have started pondering on the topic already.

I think this is one of those fields, where guys have started giving girls competition. More and more guys are opting for HR as a career after realizing its importance in today's business processes.

I feel girls chose HR as their career as they know about this field very well.

Director Institute of Management Studies, LU, Prof JK Sharma said, "The course has been attracting girls ever since we started. Girls prefer human resource than any other, because it does not involve travelling and meeting people. The kind of social life, we have in India help girls taking up HR as this avoids conflict with their family."
