Which is important?Money or Job Satisfaction

There is always a tradeoff between a satisfying job and a satisfying paycheck. We students have to face this question during the time of placements & the employees have to consider this while thinking about the possible promotion that would bring more tight schedules work load, stress along with higher pay

So we have to keep a right balance in that regard which depends on our family obligations our financial and social status. Money often dont brings you the happiness. At the same time life without money can be "miserable"
 
Satisfaction is always important then Money. If a person is satisfied he can manage his money well without wanting for more. Anyways anything more than required is a waste.
 
money plays an important role in satisfying anyone's job..however always money cannot be the reason for a job satisfaction....
human stisfaction crieteria changes periodically...so in the early ages..money plays vital role in job...but by the time you experience the work and work culture and u know your market position then u want both.
 
Job Satisfaction...
money can never satisfy ones needs... but a good job role, good team to work with.. basically what an employee expects can make an individual satisfied.
 
well i think money is a priority for survival,,but job satisfaction is important for any individual,,because without that a person would earn money but would face manu problems due to job dissatisfaction...
 
i think both r equally important.....at the start of the career money is important but later on with experience job satisfaction becomes important

i think money is more important tha job satisfaction now-a-days because people are materialist and they wank more comfort.:
