Which do you think is the best method of communication?

All styles passive,assertive,aggressive etc have their proper place and use.
However,Assertive communication still is the healthiest. In this boundaries of all parties are respected. Easier to problem-solve; fewer emotional outbursts. It requires skills and a philosophy change, as well as lots of practice and hard work. When both parties do it, no one is hurt in any way and all parties win on some level.
 
what do you think about phone communication :p , I remember reading somewhere the CEO of Yahoo was fired by phone communication .. lol .. Imagine what if it was through SMS :|

I think most important communication is verbal communication which we can direct communicate a person when he is infront of us .
 
I used internet and cell for effective communication. I prefer to internet and have a chain of network which helps me to solve my problems. The fast communication enable a person to stay live with latest updates and happenings in society.
 
Communication is what that isolates a weak leader from a better one. That is why communication is imperative for any successful dealing. When you communicate properly with your team then it remove the misunderstandings and encourage the others too.
