What should be d solution to fight terrorism?

First of all there should be centralized agency in India to collect data from all state and central agencies like R&AW, IB. And act according to data collected to take more efficient and appropriate action on time. Second no soft policies should be adopted by govt. against terrorists. For eg- Indian govt. policy on Air India plane hijacking in 1999. Indian Govt should have carried out counter attack on hijacked like many countries have done in past. Instead of Indian Foreign Minister personally going and delivering terrorists to terrorists.:SugarwareZ-174:
