Hello everyone!

I am getting confused...Can anyone pls tell me the difference between employee retention and employee engagement? Or is it the same?? I have searched a lot....pls help.

employee engagement is a means to retain your employees..
for example..

employee enagement is to make them feel that they are important part of the organisation and to help them grow ..this will result in retention of employees because they will feel valued ..
