A person not less than 25 years of age to be a member of the Legislative Assembly and not less than 30 years as per Article 173 of Indian Constitution to be a member of the Legislative Council.
Educational requirement is only for a common man trying to get employment.
Politicians do not fall under the category of a common man and hence are exempted from any such term called as EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS.
Further, they are also exempted for having any criminal record as well.
So one could say that any Individual with no educational qualification along with a criminal background is perfectly qualified to become a Member of legislature and parliament.
