Well its difficult to say from where exactly there is a risk. India can have threat risk from either all combine source or single sources .What is mainly important is being alert and avoiding the future danger.

I think corruption is the biggest problem and threat for India. Other are also the major one but if once corruption issue is get solved then they will more likely to be solved. Corruption is the causes of all problems and issues internally or internationally.
