Sample Casual Dress Code
We at Make Your Business Better, Inc. believe that a comfortable workplace is a productive one. But we also recognize that as a Company, we have only one chance to make a good first impression as we conduct business amongst ourselves and with our customers.
As representatives of Make Your Business Better, Inc., all employees should be neat, well-groomed and dressed in job-appropriate attire which reflects the company's interest in projecting a comfortable, yet businesslike image. Employees should use common sense regarding work attire and refrain from wearing sloppy or overly provocative clothing to the office.
Specifically prohibited are:
• Ripped, torn or faded clothing
• Clothing designed specifically for sporting activities (such as sweats, shorts, swimsuits, tennis outfits, running or tennis shoes, etc.)
• Sleepwear (such as pajama bottoms)
• Clothing more appropriate for evening or leisure wear (such as excessively short miniskirts, low-cut, tank or halter tops, backless dresses, sheer clothing, etc.).
Tattoos and piercings, other than ear piercings, should be covered at all times.

Each person has a different perspective towards looking at oneself and others...
What is one's delight can be someone's else vulgarity...
We cannot exactly define what one sees as causal...or else....

I would say Casual Dress esp in a work environment would be either slacks or jeans along with a half or full sleeves shirt.
It does not have to be loud. Footwear should be shoes always !
