From the budget highlights it is an election budget and more concentrating towards Bihar.Luckily,he didn't raise the Railway fares.

well i think he is more focused on increased the profits for the railways, which is a gud sign & no doubt that the trains are more focused on bihar , bt some places like goa are also looked into...

though a no. of new trains have been introduced, railway profits are increasing but the quality has deteriorated(especially food)..i believe along with quantitative progress, quality standards must also be maintained.
