What are your suggestions to stop corruption in India?

We've got CWG Scam, Adarsh Scam, 2G spectrum Scam any many more......
We also have Lokpal Bill and zero tolerance against corruption by Sonia Gandhi. What are your views on this?
 
there is only one way that is to replace the old politicians with the honest,dynamic,talented and young persons who will always believe and live a idealistic life.
 
Though Corruption has become a culture not only in our country but in every country, But, I believe, the only way to fight corruption from its root cause is by making people aware about their rights, specially The RTI Act that holds the highest importance these days.
 
First of all the very first tool which can eliminate the corruption if education. For example Kerala is the least corrupt state and the literacy rate of Kerala is the highest in whole India. This is our government responsibility to make some policy where each and every one get education and it should make compulsory.
