What after MBA

Even after an MBA from a great institution, why there is GD and interviews – in the selection process for job in reputed organizations????

TO SELECT THE REAL PEOPLE WHO CAN GO BEYOND THE ROTE-LEARNT KNOWLEDGE AND TUNE UP WITH THE REALITY REQUIREMENTS

As the knowledge world has expanded and 'articulation ability' of educated people has increased to the level of mastery, organizations that rely on conventional 'telescopes and microscopes' are sure to be defeated in identifying the real proper 'competent' individuals - who can evolve to their requirements of 'job performance'. Let alone other critical variables like integrity, trainability, intellectual openness, or the so-called values printed in their corporate brochures.

You need to be a creative manager if you want to be the top class…….
You need to be extra – ordinary if you need to taste real success……..

And it is not the impossible….

It is not that I have abruptly stopped, and not that I want to elaborate; I just wanted to know that how many know the fact that only creative managers can excel and all others are just surviving. Please contribute your views. We may help each other for being more creative.

that is true I guess this is the time where the toughest people survive. U need to upgrade your skills and knowledge and be ahead of the others in this time to survive.
