Sometimes we see individuals that hunt for jobs not with primary motive of getting hired. hmm strange but true following are the ways through which one can avoid himself from getting hired.

Apply for jobs that dont interests you and for which you arent qualified for.
Be passive. Dodge question which is very simple act like a politician there. Focus on failure : There are two eye-contact options: burn holes in interviewers' heads with your unwavering gaze, or look everywhere but in their eyes.

Dress to kill and choose from a vairety of awkward handshakes. Also be sure to say that reference are available only on request. Fill your resumw with pizzazz sentiments and embellishments.

All this will surely give you an experience but at all a job.
