Want to work on research project after college.

Hello frineds,
Recently I have completed my PGDM in HR and now someone has suggested me to work on more research report so that I'll be shown on my CV. I am in doubt that whether it'll beneficial for me or not.

Please help!

Research lets you showcase a lot of your skills and a good research will help you impress the interviewer, so yes its recommended.

Ensure your research is interesting though and has key findings by application of theory into reality.. a just another research report will not give you leverage
