Vysya Bank, L&T in Rs 10-cr overnight index swap deal
VYSYA Bank and Larsen & Toubro have entered into an overnight index swap (OIS) transaction for Rs 10 crore.
The one-year swap has Vysya Bank paying 8.75 per cent against the compounded NSE Mibor to L&T.
The deal, brokered by eMecklai, was done over the internet.
The verification of the swap differences will be carried out quarterly with settlement at maturity.
