Ammonia Gas in Western India, formed In 1986 ( Near Navashaeva
Port, Mumbai ).
The manufacturing facilities of Vijay Group of Companies are
located in Government notified industrial Areas, which are
provided with adequate infrastructure, waste water treatment
facilities, solid waste disposal sites. All the manufacturing sites
are in the vicinity of 40km from Mumbai Port ( Nava Sheva ).

? 25 M.T. of Anhydrous Ammonia Gas Refilling Capacity per Day.
? AMMONIA SOLUTION 25 -28% can be supplied in ::
? HM HDPE Drums of 30 kgs / 200 kgs Net Wt
? Bulk in 22 MT ISO Tanks Containers.
? Filling Capacity of 4 ISO Tanks per Day
? The Anhydrous Ammonia Gas is supplied in ::
? 50 kgs /60 Kgs cylinders in full container loads of 2o F T Containers
? Bulk in ISO Tank Containers of 12 MT Net Capacity .
? 300 Ammonia Gas Cylinders Refilling Capacity per day.
? Refilling Capacity 1 ISO Tank per Day of 12 MT of Ammonia Gas .

First of all we get the RCF Ltd Anhydrous Ammonia Gas to our explosive dept
lincensed & certified Ammonia gas storage tank ,
? Anhydrous Ammonia Gas is accompanied with a COA of RCF ltd regarding the
Quality specs of Anhydrous Ammonia Gas .
? Then we check the quality of water required as rawmaterial for Mfg process ,
then online quality testing is done for Ammonia Solution for different assay’s for
Ammonia Solution Semicon grade
? Once the required assay is reached through intercooloing system & external
cooling sytem the batch is kept under cooling
? After 10 hrs of cooling sample is sent to the QC dept for testing & all the
specified parameters are confirmed complying the semicon grade ammonia
solution.
? After the required specs for Ammonia Solution Semicon complies we pack itin
HDPE drums or Stainless steel drums as per required by customers
2 Reactors of 25 MT Reactor for Ammonia 25%
Newly installed reactors of 50 MT Day of Ammonia Solution LR Grade
