1. Tell us something about yourself?
I did my PGDBA in Insurance & financial Services Management and graduate in commerce from Mumbai university. I have an total experience of 3.5 years includes 1.5 yrs into financial services 0.5mnts of entrepreneurship & 1.5years of Teaching & coordination (Academics) experience.
2. What is management according to you?
The old concept of Management goes like getting things done from others however situation today has changed in 21st century According to me Management is not only to control thing or people but also support the employees/people by being a helping hand for them in getting things done.

1. Discipline
2. Dedication.

4. Describe the change in the management situation you have experienced till date?
I have faced with lot of changes in management taken place, organizations face increasing challenges in ever-more competitive environments

1. Recognisition.
2. Appraisal.
3. Employee Review.
6. [/b]Tell me about the most fun you have had on the job?[/b]
Fun with work is the pedagogy I am using while working specifically I didn’t experienced any funny things happened while working.
7. “Earning in 6 digits” is the motive behind doing MBA? Is it justifiable?
Yes ! However other things like, Growth, Interest, should be taken into consideration
8. Do you think the MBA course curriculum is at par with industry expectations?
Yes of course. Especially in my Institute (AICAR Business School) we have developed syllabus taking into consideration of industry expectations from students.
9. What suggestions would you like to give to enhance MBA today?
Learning by doing, (practical approach of learning rather than only theoretical approach), the more you learn things practically more it would help you to clear your concepts.
10. Is the Name of the Institute from where a student does his/her MBA important while entering into corporate world?
Yes !
11. What message would you like to give to the students aspiring to work at management level?
To work hard & Smart, Complete dedication towards work. The most important thing you have to do is to first learn the working style of management and then work on accordingly
12. [/b]What are your views on the Entrance Exams for Professionals courses? [/b]
Well that’s much required. The pattern of examination needs some relook and change in regards with the time limit.
13. What do Corporate’s expect from MBA professionals?
Expertise in particular field, complete dedication & Discipline towards work, Decision making ability, Good communication skills, Dynamic personality
14. What piece of advice would you give to a student aspiring for an MBA?
First I would like to ask him about his goals in life, what he wants to become after doing an MBA.
What is his field of interest. And then accordingly will advice him how to go through choosing an MBA in particular specialization according to his interest & expertise.
