The store in consideration is a store nearby Juhu Circle in Andheri(w).It is a mompop cum organized store.Its not a very big store.It is a store that is made in the modern retail format but yet is social and emotional like a mom-pop store.It is moving from being a Mom n Pop store to being a organized retail store. It sells branded products in foods, beverages and groceries categories.

The store is very ergonomically designed. The shelves and the products are kept as per the convenience of the customer. Cold drinks are kept at one corner of the store.Biscuits,cakes are kept together.Flour,Rice are stacked together. On Quality the store scores high overall.All the products available there are genuine. The products are durable as they are original and fresh. The staff there

is also quite supporting and helps the customer to find what he needs. The home delivery system is also quick and accurate so on quality they score 4/5. Average Score : 4

Recommendations
The store is doing good in its target market but there is lot to improve. The parameter on which it has scored the lowest is the Core Technology. The store should enable the technology aspect as soon as possible to improve the experience and security level. One other suggestion that can be is the change of name from Mehak to a more professional name. This will not only increase the aesthetics of the store but also will help the store to shift to a more of supermarket format more smoothly.
