For Esat Telecom (now BT Ireland), the Irish subsidiary of British Telecom, worked with the Managing Director
of the Business Customers division to accelerate growth, by relaunching failing rollout of new services. Led
project planning phase and developed launch strategy as value-critical portfolio (five services to launch, for
revenue growth; customer migration to new network access method, for cost savings). Managed launch
implementation project, focusing on process design for the new services (sales process; customer migration
process; account activation process) and deployment of new billing IT infrastructure. Services launched as
planned, resulting in immediate revenue generation; customer migration led to annual cost savings of €2.5
million.

For British Airways, the international air transport operator, worked with the IT managers to improve the
department’s performance and value delivery to the business. Led IT structure audit phase and developed IT
organizational strategy as value-restructuring portfolio (insource / outsource IT services; centralize /
decentralize management of operations; transform into an IT provider to the airline industry). Managed
implementation project, focusing on evaluation of these options, which led to change management project for
outsourcing desktop services.
