Hey friend,
it seems like about majority institute in India provides MBA only after grad, but i have heard about some institute which provide MBA even without graduation but for that i think they will ask for at least 5 years experience
there are colleges which offer MBA without Degree. but you cant apply for a Govt job or even a reputed private companies.

See if you can get through some institute :)
