Program Format & Curriculum The Manager's MBA

"Our 18-month MBA program will provide students with the necessary tools and set of skills to succeed as outstanding managers"

Program Format

"The Manager’s MBA" begins each January and consists of 21 courses over five terms spanning an 18-month period. The courses have been selected to provide a set of core foundation courses, complemented by additional innovative tools and techniques for addressing managerial issues.

At the beginning of the program then in the beginning of the second year, students take part in a 4-day course, the MSB Management Series, which is held offsite (Ain Drahem, Tozeur). This course combines conferences given by business leaders from the Euromed region, with training sessions designed to develop "soft skills" (business communication, professional presentations, meeting management, etc.), and team-building and leisure activities.

Courses are organized over a four-day-period once every four weeks, from Thursday morning until late morning on Sunday. Prior to each course, e-learning is used to prepare for the classroom sessions (readings, study group assignments). E-learning is used following each in-class session to enable students to complete class projects and prepare for examinations.

Toward the end of the program, students participate in the International Study Seminar. This part of the program is conducted in collaboration with an educational institution in the host country.

Students are expected to attend all courses, participating actively in classroom discussions, team projects and planned activities outside the classroom. Examinations and grades are given for each course.
