WHY TRAINING NEED ANALYSIS?

Successful training begins with a thorough needs assessment to determine which employees need to be trained and what they need to be trained to do. Allison Rossett and Joseph W. Arwady state: “the question is not whether you will solicit this kind of information through needs assessment. It’s how much of it you will do and using which tools.”
Training need analysis is conducted to determine whether resources required are available or not. It helps to plan the budget of the company, areas where training is required, and also highlights the occasions where training might not be appropriate but requires alternate action.

Hey tarun, thanks for sharing your article and i am really impressed by your effort. I hope you would keep continuing posting like that. Well, i am also including a presentation which would explain the concept of training and development in more detail.
