The discussion over refugees is turning too dramatic in the past few days and the photograph of young cute little boy Aylan clad in a red t-shirt facing down on the beach without a soul in Turkey shows that this is the high time to take action. There are countries that are coming out to support refugees and providing them with all the amenities they needed. The image of the kid has melted of Angela Kerrigan and her friend Jo Kenmuir, both 30, from Kilmarnock in Ayrshire, were moved to help migrants and refugees in Calais after looking at the picture.

“As a human being, how can you stand back and not do anything? I saw those photos, looked at my daughter and thought ‘I have to do something’,” Angela, a mum-of-one, told. Angela and Jo set up a ‘Killie to Calais’ initiative and thriving hard to help the people to start their life with peace. She said they were overwhelmed by the response and her home was flooded with donations. While sorting 42 bags of donations, a beautiful note that slipped from the jacket will definitely bring tears in your eyes shows the real meaning of humanity.

Angela after reading the note moved into the tears and her hearts really dabbled with emotions filled with humanity in it. The each and every word in it is the symbol and sign that people over here still believes in humanity. “It was a real show of human compassion and what was said was so true. I was very touched, and it makes everything worth it.”She said.
