Challenging your boss : MAke sure you understand rules of behaviour. Your loyalty towards your work and boss both are important.

Focussing on boss : Many people focus on their relationship with boss so much that often forget to relate with their cowerkers

Never turning down work: Workers may overestimate about themsleves and bit off more than they can chew.

Not having a reputation; Equally as troublesome as having a bad reputaton as not having a reputation

Asserting oneself: one should'nt asser oneself too much in a meeting or at discussion.

As we know that there is a conflict in any office or company within the staff because of level of competition. This may influence your reputation if you choose the battle and challenges your staff members. Most important lying also destroy your reputation. Don't lie to hide your mistake in the office.
