They represent no more than 20 percent of our customer base, but make up more than 50 percent of our sales. Hence keeping close contact with them and developing relations with them is all the most important, because retaining the loyal customers you tend to get the new ones. Hence the more and quality you give them, higher will be the returns you’ll get from them.

They shop our stores frequently, but make their decisions based on the size of our markdowns. Need-Based Customers:

They have a specific intention to buy a particular type of item. Almost many of them have similar intention of buying for a reason and when they get into a store they don’t allured with the placements of attractive things in your shop; they rather come to the point and make purchase as per their thoughts.

Wandering Customers:

They have no specific need or desire in mind when they come into the store. Rather, they want a sense of experience and/or community. These are just like those who do not things of their choice; go ahead into another shop for something new and exciting with a variety to seek.
