The Magic of soft skills



The recent concept of developing soft skills is another task for HR in the organization and another skill to be developed by job aspirants. Anyways soft skills are defined as a sociological term relating to a person's "EQ. Hence an exact perfect explanation of the same is not possible. It's the soft skills that help you meet your people's needs so that they can feel good about going forward and meeting the business metrics.
