Description
The Delta Model is a new strategy framework that places the customer at the center
of management. It examines the primary options available to establish customer bonding and it
prescribes how to link strategy with execution through the alignment of adaptive processes. The
paper concludes with an attempt to integrate the Competitive Positioning (a framework
proposed by Michael Porter), the Resource-Based View of the Firm, and the Delta Model.
