As far as team work is concerned, I can quote the best example of myself. I being a part of core team for more than 6 months the output of team work. We here complete all the tasks working together as a team, whatever task we decide to complete the same successfully with all the efforts of each and everyone. The quality of output improves every time improves and we get to know the hidden qualities of each other every time we work on different tasks. This is all the more similar to Rodies task that they do in their task completion stage. Whatever you say the benefits of team work are enormous the main thing that I realized is that the confidence level increases a lots and so the output.

Normally in one medium sized organization, formal management responsibilities being assigned to teams of people from different parts of the organization. Instead of having formal positions for specific functions a committee structure has been created and successfully implemented. This helps ensure that the responsibility and accountability for these important functions is shared between a numbers of people.
In one technology based company, product and system implementations for different clients require different parts of the organization to provide services. Consequently, the project team can be very different for each client, depending on the expertise required. Team members may be based locally, in Australia or other parts of the world.
The team leader must set a good example for good teamwork to come about. In order to keep team members positive and committed and motivated, the team leader herself/himself needs to exhibit these qualities. The team looks to the leader for support and guidance so any negativity on the leader’s part can be disastrous.
Organisations have embraced teams and teamwork as an effective way of doing business. The last 20 years has seen the replacement of 'supervisors' by 'team leaders'. Companies have embraced these concepts because they work. Employee motivation and morale improves dramatically when people feel valued and when their contributions make a difference. This paper about teamwork highlights the role of teamwork in achieving improved organisation performance and better morale.
