I am looking for some innovative ways to teaching "Performance Management" students of bottom tier B-Schools.

Any idea about games, exercises and so on.

oh yes, we had an outbound in welingkars where there were different set of games but those games are complex to explain and need an open space to perform...

the simplest of the kind i remember is that the class is divided into teams... each team will consist of approximately 5 members...

a bucket is kept at a distance and each team is given a tennis ball.
the goal ofcourse is to throw the ball such that it goes in the bucket.

the team has a choice to choose the distance.. there are variations to the distance.. 4 ft, 6ft, 8 ft with corresponding points 10,20,30.

The team has to derive a winning combination to score the highest number of points.

The team has to give goals / targets and then try to achieve those.. the variation and risk taken by the team determines your team performance.

I hope i have given a detailed elaboration.. feel free to reply in case of any queries.

BTW.. welcome to the management paradise family. It'd be great if you can Introduce Yourself !!
