Feasibility Study :-


  • Feasibility study is undertaken to determine the possibility of either improving the existing system or developing complete new system.

  • There are three aspects of feasibility study


Technical Feasibility.

Economic Feasibility.

Operational Feasibility.



Tools:

  • Visual Basic 6.0 (Front End)

  • SQL Server 7.0 (Back End)

  • Crystal Report 9.0 (Reports)

Why SQL server ?

  • Maximum Database size roughly 1,000,000 terabyte so we can store 100mb each about every man , woman,child on the planet in a single SQL serve.

  • Up to 16 simultaneous instances of SQL server can run on single computer.

  • Example : So it helpful when we trying to run complex internet site.


  • Support up to 32 processors in single instance



Why Visual Basic ?

  • More advance tool

  • Use minimum configration

  • Provide easy connectiviti with any backend tool

  • Provide web application with HTML forms and controls

  • Provide online help for any problem

  • Loading time is low

  • Use less Resources when running

Why Crystal Report ?

  • Easy to connect database

  • Easy to retrieve data

  • Easy to build Report

  • It helps to produced Sort,filter,summarize and format information

  • Report can save in verity of formates.

  • Example : RPT format,Word & Excel format, HTML format
