yeah ,Networked organizations%u2014in which all employees share responsibilities and work as a group of equals have a better chance of success because in todays world old ways are not so effective and due to lots of competition in this world task are more complex & time consuming which need time and proper focus to complete is effectively. so there should be change in old ways and adopt the new ways of assigning responsibility among the individual.
 
I am agree .. world is changing so fast, so organizations need to change their old stringent structures and should take one step ahead to adopt flexible organizational models.
 
I am completely agreed with you Arti. The old ways and systems need to be changed in today's world. With the increment in the level of competition and burden of work we can not accomplish our tasks with the old system of working. We need some innovative ideas and approach for completing targets today.
