no matter whatever you take - if you like it i.e. have strong desire to study the subject and the requisite aptitude for the same, which when topped up with hard work will always make you come out successful. IT background with finance added knowledge will only make give you mroe oppurtunities - in IT companies or in other companies where finance is needed
