Human relations are somewhat like the spinning tops ; we used to play with in our childhood. I vividly remember the process to set the top spinning......... 1. Wrap a twine thread on the ridges of the top. 2. Leave an extra inch to hold on to while providing the torque. 3. Whip the system in the air and let the top go to the ground. 4. When it stops spinning return to step 1 again. Coming back.... If the same methodology is applied on people we interact with everyday; the step by step analogy will be as follows 1. Create a lasting impression. 2. Leave some interesting bits out, to spark intrigue. 3. Give people space to make them comfortable. 4, Reveal some more about you. Don't take anyone for granted. Even the top needed occasional oiling.
