Role of Sonographer

  1. Preparing the patient(s) for the Ultrasound examination
  2. Selecting the appropriate equipment for the ultrasound examination
  3. Performing ultrasound examinations that yield important diagnostic information
  4. Recording and gathering ultrasound data
  5. Analyzing the data collected and reporting the ultrasound findings to the physician in an oral and written fashion for diagnosis
