hi friends , can anyone help me in finding the softwares for market reserach.

i know only SPSS but then don't know how to use it.

I also looking for names of traing institutes

SPSS does a decent job for doing analysis of market research.

Or else you can spawn up the old Microsoft excel sheet and use the filters.

A thourough knowledge of Excel, along with add on packages and SPSS should be enough for an entry level job in Market Research. You can try downloading SPSS from download.com or use torrents, should not be very hard to find.
