Six Sigma has been wrongly perceived in India as quality tool only for manufacturing Sector.

The truth is that it is much more than that:

It is a business development methodology which is widely applicable and accepted in all industries world wide from manufacturing to services.

It is a set of Statistical tools which can quantify any input and out put for better validation of the effort
