Six Sigma is way of doing things differently so as to minimize the defects drastically. The concepts looks quite promising and theories all have clear direction of cause and effect relation. But what actual happens; some insights can be drawn from case studies presented in class itself. Typically a Six Sigma is paradigm shift in fundamental rethinking towards applying radical changes to achieve positive dramatic results.
