Silly Reasons given by HR managers to reject u

Dear Guys/Gals.

These HR Managers have all wired n silly reasons to reject u.....

The Reasons Could Be
1)Your shirt colour / salwar colour might be his hatred colour.
2)He/She may not like your Hair Style.
3)He May not like your attitude.
4)He may think your are faking things.(example-abt ur Exp , Hobbies Subject,Technologies)
5)He may think that you are trying to show that you are smarter than him.
6)He may feel jealous of you.
7)He may think You are over qualified for the job though u may not be.
8)He may say u stay very far away from his office so u cant come on time though u can go.
9)He will ask u wat is your salary expection,u would have given an decent hiking figure but for him it may sound too much or some times he will say that you are money minded.
10)He may ask you to join the company ASAP though he knows you just cant, just to say dont join my company.

Few Tips Guys/Gals not to get rejected in your Dream Job Interview by silly reasons.
1)Please dont answer your cell phone calls.
2)Keep your cell in silent mode or switched off.
3)Dress up in an very decent manner.
4)Be in formals/Dont wear some thing goody or very bright.
5)Dont fake things-Abt your Hobbies, Exp, Technologies etc.
6)Dont show off ur attitude-be down to earth.
7)Dont try to praise them or try to butter them.
8)Be clear with what you say n mean.
9)Be confident.Think Positive.Have an "Ready to learn attitude".
10)Dont give in an chance for them to feel that u expect to grow in the organisation very soon.

Guys what ever i have written here is out of live Experiences and knowing people around so guys take it seriously and perform well, ALL THE BEST.

I would like you guys/gals to discuss your view on this n exp.

Following are some points which can lead to the rejection of candidate in any interview:-

Stability Factor........if the person is not seems to be stable. Like keeps on changing his/her jobs in short time.

Poor Communication.........it’s not only about talking in English or in any specific language it about conveying the proper message in proper manner.

Job Knowledge..............some time people comes for interview for any particular post but if you ask any question regarding that field they don’t give a proper or satisfied answer which means they don’t know even about their own field and some times they just try too bluff instead of accepting it that they don’t know much about it.. This creates a negative impression.

Un updated Resume.......If a candidate is coming without updated resume it really creates a very negative impression. Sometimes they write on the printed resume in order to update it.

These are the points which can lead a candidate to the rejection in any interview. Many other points are also there but these are the most important.
