Should women leave their careers after marriage?

Sania mirza's announcement gave us food for thought that even new age women wish to quit their careers after marriage they educate them self take degrees like MBA's n wat not n suddenly take the decision of getting completely domesticated does it make sense ?
is it appropriate to leave a self identity earned after building a stable career??
 
first of all by saying womens should not leave their careers after marriage is not solution where in u cant provoke women to do that so i think y not leave it to women herself they have will power to run her own family when required like her husband fall sick or any matter just for running her own home .
 
Well I think thwy should not quit the job when they get married, but there are some things she should change in order to achieve certain balance in her life between family, husband, children job - and herself.
 
The answer is undoubtedly positive..If a woman pursues her career but is at the same time able to care for her home and children, one simply cannot find any reason why she should not be allowed to do so.
