Should terrorists be arrested?????

the simple solution is to kill once u spot them... if u catch and the terrorist is convicted (even in supreme court), as in case of Afzhal guru , he lives a nice life..some or other political parts supports simply for vote banks..i suggest kill terrorists and our politicians as well ! !
 
i think they must ordered to be shot at sight as otherwise they will be burden on our nation resourses and it will reduce the morale of enemies
 
what i think and strongly believe is that these terrorist should be arrested and information should be extracted from them as early as possible, even by employing third degree and as soon as information and details are out they should be killed with out showing any sympathy or mercy.
 
yup ... arrest them & make an example of them, so that potential terrorists & heir handlers quake in their boots even when they hear the word INDIA
 
there is no use of just killing these people in some jail or even hanging them in public as they have all come to die or be killed....
the terrorists have achieved what they wanted... india's political instability... they must have enjoyed seeing so many of our politicians quitting and their work being talked about so much...

the first thing we need to do is handle how their acts affect us...
and how are acts wud affect them!!
 
I think, they should not be arrested. we all know our judicial system, it takes a lot of time to deliver the required results. If we will look after our procecution result of terrorist we will find 0 result, we know what happend to Azhar Masood and what is happening with Abu salem. So we should not waste our money, time and efforts in arresting and then waiting for results. One of the respondent talk about taking information out of them, my dear we have lots of information about them and we need to act on those information and not to collect information then show it to rest of the world as proof and then try to get their sympathy.
 
Yes they should be arrested and punished. .. We should also talk to the other countries for stopping it from the root level.
 
The terrosits actually are not afraid of dying. they are often termed as demi gods for those are actually practising to be a terrorist..

The only thing they are afraid of is humiliation.Dont make them heros by showing thier dead faces or writing about them..i say hang them in public..Do not give thme the pleasure of being alive and being called as martyrs when dead..JUST HANG THEM ALIVE in front of everybody
 
terrorists should be shot dead then and there, there is no need to wait for courts to intervene. why flock the courts with unnecessary burdens???
 
Yes terrorists should be arrested and not shot dead. the terrorists are not born with hatred. Infact, hatred is CREATED in their minds. hence, we cannot blame them completely as they are trained to such hatred since childhood. hence shooting them can never be a solution.
 
I feel that killing the terrorists is not a solution to the problem.We should know the reasons as why people are going in for such extreme actions.we should take such actions so that no one would turn into a terrorist in future
 
I do think they should be arrested
but also as a citizin in the developed world shouldreally think about howto make lives better in the developing nations

i feel terrorist shud be arrested and proper enquiry shud be done abt dere modus operandi dat how they plan various attack and who r d sponsors of these attacks who traind them: who finance them etc.... we need to keep this thing in mind that v hav 2 kill d thought not d terrrorist..............
 
yes. They should be tortued to death and it should be beamed on TV and the internet so that it sends a chill in the spine of all future terrorists.
