Should rich nations give aid to poor nations?

Is it good or bad from the economy point of view whether to give aid to the poor nations or not?????

Yes rich nations should help poor nations but also they should keep an eye on the money are using correctly or not. This money can supports and helps poor people in getting very basic human requirements. But sometimes it may get lost or misused because of corrupt governments.
