Should public nudity be banned?

Public nudity takes many forms, including nudity on beaches, biking events, and pumpkin head during Halloween races. The question is whether these forms of nudity are acceptable or whether they should be made illegal?

I feel Nudity should not be banned though it has its pros n cons, such as it can play a huge impact on children and they could act negatively to nudity so i feel nudity at socializing places should be banned and not totally coz then you would be curtailing the expression of freedom of individuals.

that is the reason i would like to be neutral.
Public nudity is a valuable expression of freedom. Nudity is an expression of the freedom of the individual to express themselves, even if others are offended by it. Banning or constraining nudity, thus impairs an important symbol of individual liberties and subsequent - given the value of symbols to individual liberties - impairs freedom itself.

I was on a vacation in GOA and a couple started having sex on the beach. Some people can say it is freedom of love, I say its a very intimate affair and should be restricted to a private place.

Calling public nudity as an expression of freedom is absurd since other people get discomforted in such public places and the thing about freedom is, it looses freedom as soon as it hurts the sentiments of a critical mass.

Overt public displays of affection, including couples kissing in public, makes me want to throw up and I happen to know a lot of people who are equally disgusted by such acts. But, does that give anyone the right to curtail the freedom of expression of these couples? There are loads of people in this world whose religious beliefs make them anti-gay rights. Do these people have the right to ban gay couples from holding hands in public just because they find it discomforting, even if they are in majority?

I agree that there needs to be some boundaries to the freedom of expression conferred on the masses, but the question remains, who is to decide these boundaries?
