you all might be shocked by reading the title of the discussion. Might be thinking why such a weird title "Should Mumbai be called a City or a Village" in fact everybody knows that Mumbai is a city then from where such a question arises.
Friends, i am talking about the thing that is going on a frequent basis in a city called Mumbai and everyone might be aware of that about what i am talking about its "LOAD SHEDDING".
So friends lets discuss that what is the reason for such kind of load shedding..
